If you participated in CME activities provided by St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center you have an account on the CME Portal.

Your username is your email address, all lower case. If you need to create or reset your password, click ‘I forgot my password’. You will receive an email from notifications@encour.se containing the link to create/reset your password.

Claim Your CME Credit

An online evaluation and attendance attestation are required to claim your CME credit. The link to the evaluation will be sent to you in an email from notifications@encour.se. You can also access the evaluation and attestation using the tools on the site:

• Login - Do not click 'Register', you already have an account.
• Click ‘CME Activities’ on the main navigation page
• Select ‘Assigned Activities/Evaluations’ in the drop-down menu
• Click Select
• Click Begin
• Complete the evaluation
• Complete the attestation
• You will then have access to your certificate. Your credit will also appear in your transcript.

CME Transcript

Your transcript reflects your participation in activities provided by St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. You can access your transcript using the tools on the site:

• Login
• Click ‘CME Activities’ on the main navigation page
• Select ‘Transcripts’ in the drop-down menu

CME Activities on the SJHMC CME Portal

You can access online CME activities.

• Click ‘CME Activities’ on the main navigation page
• Select ‘All CME Activities’ in the drop-down menu
• Click Select
• Click Begin
• Follow the prompts
